Jordan is based in Auckland, New Zealand. He spent the first 8 years of his career as an aircraft maintenance engineer, initially in fixed wing piston engine maintenance and overhaul, before moving to helicopter component overhaul and inspection.
Jordan has worked in New Zealand, Australia and Papua New Guinea, completing qualifications in aeronautical engineering, mechanical systems and power plants. This led to a role with IMS New Zealand, which spanned 7 years and included the role of sales and marketing manager then general manager, where he successfully contributed to the growth of IMS on its way to becoming a global brand in the commercial helicopter industry.
Jordan's vision for the Rotor Gear Solutions group is to establish a global presence in the commercial helicopter industry. A key objective is to supply detailed solutions to clients in order to make helicopter acquisition configuration and optimization a simple and calculated process with an extremely high focus on customer support.
Chad spent 13 years of his working life in the United States Air Force as an explosive detector dog handler completing multiple combat deployments throughout the world.
Upon leaving the Air Force, Chad gained his commercial helicopter license and established an ag operation based in Illinois covering the surrounding states operating two Robinson R66 helicopters for seasonal spraying and spreading operations.
Chad has worked with global brands for years now and maintains a large network of operators and aviation professionals throughout the Americas and has seen great success in product implementation.
We are extremely excited to welcome Casey to the Rotor Gear Solutions team, we are focused on building a network of elite customer service for each of our clients, regardless of where they are in the world, and work tirelessly to achieve this. Casey complements this philosophy well with his exceptionally high standards and attention to detail.
Based in the Portland, Oregon area, Casey started his career in 2009 and was a key member of Simplex Aerospace. During this time, he held a variety of roles, the most recent as the Director of Product Sales. Casey joins the team at Rotor Gear Solutions and assumes the critical role of VP of Sales and Strategy.
His previous and current focus is to support Fire and Agricultural helicopter operators by supplying the best equipment available to get the job done. Casey’s focused territory is in North, Central, and South America; however, he has relationships throughout the helicopter world. Casey believes in customer service and support as the most vital aspect of building solid relationships for now and the future.
Casey holds a degree in Political Science and is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance.
